For EVE Online players, CCP decided to go a little bit further and reward active accounts with a brand new ship after a recent mistake in the game, in which players were already compensated mostly with free skill points. On the EVE Development Blog, CCP Zinfandel claimed the outline of story and details of retrieving the ship for players. It seems that an NPC business in the game - the Primae is providing the new ship, also free of charge. The Primae is specially designed to assist in the new planetary interaction content which has been launched recently.
Besides active accounts in EVE Online having access to the new ship, the other interesting is that the free gift will expire if not redeemed by July 13th, 2010. So if you have an active account on EVE Online, be sure to log in and claim your ship before it disappears.
